Electrostatic Oven Paint Process

Electrostatic powder coating is a solvent free surface coating method.

The coating material is the very fine powder paint particles that form the top coat of paint. The powder paint is thrown in the paint booth by means of special spray guns.

The powder paint particles, which are electrostatically charged while passing through the gun, adhere to the material to be painted in the cabinet and the coating process is realized.

After the material is coated with powder paint, it enters the baking oven. The oven temperature of 200ºC allows the powder paint to melt and adhere to the material.

As a result, a very durable, economical, environmentally friendly, wide color range and glossy surface coating is obtained.

The polymerization of the powder paint ensures that the paint adheres to the material during the firing process. The resulting coating exhibits excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, chemical effects and impacts.

As a result of the continuous researches of powder coating manufacturers, important advantages such as color, gloss, texture, durability and ease of application have been gained.
